Not the most favourable weather for a regatta
but we aren’t fair weather sailors…
we spent the day making minor changes
trying to make life aboard easier…
storage for dishes, non-perishable foods, snacks,
and the ‘entertainment’ centre (drinks, DVD player and DVD’s)
….need to install a couple of eyelets and bungees for when underway…
We found our helm range was far too limited when we were out yesterday.
François noticed all the electrical, fuel and throttle lines were catching on the motor steering arm.
…more than just a little dangerous – 12 volts plus fuel lines = potential disaster!
Fixed!
A good day’s work = a well deserved cocktail hour…
