the Kat will…

French Camembert, crusty baguette,

spicy chili apple jelly

and

olives

oh

and

a glass or two of my new fave wine – Oyster Bay

I think I have covered most of the major food groups:

grains, proteins, vegetables and fruits

Even though we are more than covered when it comes to electronic tools,

we know that anything can go wrong.

With a little additional hard copy and our well-learned seamanship skills,

we should be in good shape to tackle our next little adventure.
