(easy to make ahead, freeze in individual balls, transport frozen and ready to use for an easy onboard dinner)
…stuff with tomato sauce, mushrooms, spicy Calabrese & cheese…
…ready to serve in 40 minutes…
…served with vegetable antipasti…
…an easy tasty meal but I prefer my pizza flat…

Hi Carolyn, Would be happy to share the recipe for calzone . Just let me know how/where. BTW I love our Omnia. Our boat has a teeny weeny galley (one burner alcohol). & sink so when I saw your original Omnia post, I jumped at the chance to purchase one. Love your cook book too!
