We visited the club today to see how things are progressing.
The water level is still fairly high but docks are in and secure.
The bulk of the larger boats will go in this weekend
And we have been given a tentative date of June 2nd

afterward, we picked up a few more boat supplies
(this must be the endless hole that people tell us about, into which we keep throwing $$)
…and a rather tedious but necessary visit to the SAAQ for our trailer license plate
(our provincial motor vehicle registry)
which then required a visit to the SAQ for some directly proportional supplies
(our provincial liquor commission)
…interesting how the acronyms are so similar
