This is what my sister-in-law calls Touski
or in
French ‘tous ce qui reste’ (trans: all that’s left)
…so after a very successful three days away at anchor,
this is what was left from our provisioning for our sunset dinner
back at the dock…
Touski
4 tomatoes chopped
3 green onions chopped
4 mini cucumbers chopped
1 Buffalo Mozzarella cut into bite sized pieces
1 avocado pitted, skinned & chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
fresh chiffonade of basil
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
S&P to taste
Toss all together and serve with some crusty bread and wine of choice…
