After four full days on the water,
there was still no infiltration
so today was a day spent putting things back in order.
…polishing and removing black marks…

…adding more sealant so hopefully no more leaking ceiling.
…and replacing the styrofoam…
with a bit of ‘us’ enclosed for posterity…
Another chilly evening ahead meant a good excuse to wear
the new hoodie…
These trout filets were caught by a colleague of François
in a lake somewhere in the Mauricie Region of Québec
perfect for our first BBQ onboard…
Delicious topped with Mango Lime Salsa
served with some fresh grilled corn…

Finished our day with a glass of Chardonnay
watching the sun set over the Lac des Deux Montagnes
(Lake of the Two Mountains)…

Mango Lime Salsa
1 mango pealed pitted and diced
1 avocado pealed pitted and diced
1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
1tsp grated fresh ginger
juice and zest of 1 lime
salt to taste
