…cancelled due to lack of warmth…
We had planned on visiting R.E.D.
at least once a month during the fall/winter season.
This was our November visit…
Cold enough in the city but when we arrived at the lake…
oh my!
!BITTER COLD!
30 km winds coming off the water.
The wind chill was paralizing…
…not a lot of vegetation left on the trees…
First, we fired up our little heater…
Turned on our portable cabin lights…
Quickly did our spot check…
The cabin smelled fresh with no hint of dampness
The moisture absorbing granules were still in their original state
…and this little jar of miracles
will definitely be a repeat for another season.
Took some measurements to make some modifications
for next summer’s
big ‘Little Loop’ trip…
Then returned to the land of the ‘dirt people’
to cocoon and engage in some summer dreamin’…
