In the upcoming seasons, the plan is to spend longer periods of time onboard R.E.D.
(our 2014 season will mean a minimum of 1 month away from our home base
which will mean fewer trips to our local market for provisioning
which will mean planning for more autonomy onboard)

It’s a 2 quart electric pressure cooker,
just the perfect size for two.
Pressure can be a good thing….
